It is time for the yearly easter candy smoothie! This one is not as sweet as last years so if you have a serious sweet tooth around easter put more dates or some honey in it.
Here is a link to a deciliter converter if you are using the English measurement system.
- 1 Mango
- 1 Banana
- 8-10 Strawberries
- 1 tbs Chia seeds
- 1 dl Almonds
- 5 Dates
- 4-5 dl Water
Grind the almonds into powder in you blender. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth. For the best result soak the chia seeds and dates. The chia seeds should be a gel and the dates soft and mushy!
